What to Expect – A Guide to Your Induction

Recruitment Process

Day 1:- First Round Appointment (30 mins)– This will comprise of a meeting with one of the senior management in which he will assess your communication skills and see how you would fit in with our vibrant group. It is also a chance for you to get a feel of the company and what we do.
Day 2:- Observation (12 – 4pm) – If you are successful in the first round appointment you will be invited back to observe one of our team in action and see what we do to help our clients.
Final Evaluation (4.30pm – 5pm) – For the final evaluation you will be asked to recall some of the information you will have learnt whilst out with one of the team. After this you will have another short meeting with senior management in which you will be told if your application has been successful and relevant feedback.

WEEK 1

Induction
Day 1:- Induction (11am - 6pm Approx) - This day will give you an introduction into the company and our exciting Business Advancement Programme as well as product and training.
Day 2:- Field Based product coaching – This day will be field based and is to enable you to build confidence through both product and sales knowledge whilst shadowing your own leader and gaining knowledge from them.
Day 3:- First Badged Day in the Field - The Morning is spent in product training, and then it’s out to the field to put what you have learned into practice whilst still being coached by your own leader.

WEEK 2
In week 2, our aim is to build your confidence in sales and start you on your way to level 2 of the Business Development Programme –Leadership.
