The Coulson Organisation Ltd is proud of the high standards of coaching, product training and development provided to all people who work with us. We facilitate a comprehensive step by step competency based assessment programme we call the ‘Cycle of Development’.
To compliment and reinforce the high standards of learning provided through the Cycle of Development programme we also provide opportunities for people, who meet government criteria, to participate in government accredited and funded learning programmes with a view to attaining nationally recognised qualifications in areas relevant to their roles.
Fully Funded QCF Qualifications include:
Diploma in Team Leadership Level 2/3
The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall
performance of Management and Leadership. Its purpose is to provide insight into the
principles and processes of Management and Leadership and to aid career progression.
Diploma in Customer Service Level 2/3
The aim of this qualification is to contribute to the skills, knowledge and overall performance of the industry's workforce in a wide variety of organisations. It provides an insight into the principles and processes of the delivery of customer service and will aid career progression.

Note: There are also opportunities for Numeracy and Literacy development included with all qualifications. (Key Skills)

NVQ Testimonial

I joined the business at the age of 39 after 15 years in Hospitality and Catering. During my time in hotels I gained NVQ qualifications which unfortunately I had to pay for myself, as I was over the age of 26 and there was no funding available.
Working with the Coulson Organisation I was given the chance to gain an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leadership. This is a fully funded vocational qualification which was provided at no expense to me.
It took me a total of 6 months to complete and now that I have graduated from the course I am enrolled and all set for NVQ level 3 in Customer Service to which I will receive a diploma.
This is a great opportunity and has proved invaluable in my everyday role and is great for my career progression. Best of all I was able to complete this whilst carrying out my normal day to day duties.
The support from Tracy my NVQ assessor is consistent and friendly. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries.
