If you have proven yourself in the areas of Sales and Client representation and have the desire to progress further you will then have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, including coaching, mentoring and Team Leadership.
Particularly driven individuals may also have the opportunity to become a campaign coordinator for one of our major clients
On completion of this programme you will be given the opportunity to manage a new location as a sales and marketing partner by applying the knowledge you have gained.
Progression through the programme is measured on you attaining set criteria rather than ‘time served’ which would enable you to develop at your own pace and allows for unrestricted development.
Individuals on the business advancement programme have the opportunity to acquire a nationally recognised qualification through our Get Qualified Scheme
